About 7 slices of bread, ends left over pieces etc.(i toss ours in a plastic baggie by the end of the week i have a bunch). 188; cup olive oil. 1 1/2 t.basil. 1 t oregano,. 2 t garlic pd. Combine all indredients in a large bowl. Stir together to blend well. Put in a large airtight container. Label as PANCAKE MIX and store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 to 8 months. Makes about 13 cups of PANCAKE MIX. Perfect pancakes from mix. 1 ½ c. pancake mix. 1 egg, slightly beaten. 3 T vegetable oil.

Beef Stew w/ Navaho Fry bread. This is how I make it! Some kinda beef-diced up, I used chuck steak, but can use hamburger or sirloin, roast, etc. Some vegetables- diced up, kinda like making a stew vegetables! Some kinda tomatoes sauce or v-8 juice. Take out the bay leaf! You can add beans also. 1 T baking powder.

All purpose Cake Mix. 2 cups fresh celantro or mint, basil leaves, packed. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup Olive oil. 3 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts. 3 garlic cloves, finely minced. Place basil leaves in small batches in food processor and whip until well chopped (do about 3/4 cup at a time). Add about 1/3 the nuts and garlic, blend again.

An Easy Cooking Blog.Here are some of my recipes. Sunday, February 18, 2018. Idily batter - 1 1/1 cup. Onion medium size - 1 chopped. Carrot finally chopped - 2 Tbs. Green chili - 1 chopped. Curry leaves - 2 string chopped. Coriander leaves - 3 Tbs finally chopped. Oil - for making paniyaram. Coconut oil / any other oil - 2 Tbs. Heat a pan or kadai and add oil,now add finally chopped onion and salt to taste. Heat a kuzhi paniyaram pan and add 1/2 or 1 tsp of oil in each and wait till it gets heated.

Unsifted allpurpose flour. 2/3 c Shortening or lard ( set in frig for 15 min to get cold). 1/3 c Ice cold water. Put flour and salt in a large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender or fork or 2 knives until mix looks like large course crumbs. You can refrigerate dough for one hour to make it more firm. Links to this post.

What I cook for me and G. Thursday, February 8, 2018. Dice knolkhol and cook in pressure cooker for minimum whistle. Soak in water for 15 mins - 7-8 cashews, 2 tsp poppy seeds. Grind with 1 tbsp coconut. Keep aside. In little oil, fry chopped onion, chopped tomato, grind and keep. In oil, add masala - jeera seeds, saunf seeds, bay leaf, 4 cloves, a piece of cinnamon stick, a pod of cardamon, ginger-garlic paste and fry. Add tomato- onion paste and fry till rawness is gone.
