I don't judge...but I just don't get it: Borough Market

http://ingridinlondon.blogspot.com/2010/07/borough-market.html

I don't judge.but I just don't get it. An American in London. Monday, 19 July 2010. As a lover of food, I was disappointed when I thought I would never be able to experience Borough M. Arket Fellow residents and flatmates of 14 Bedford Place had raved about how great and fresh the food really is. Therefore, when Dietrich announced the market as a class outing I was more than thrilled. The only downside being we would be going on a Thursday when only a small portion of the stalls a. I don't judge...but I just don't get it: Dublin!

http://ingridinlondon.blogspot.com/2010/07/dublin.html

I don't judge.but I just don't get it. An American in London. Wednesday, 28 July 2010. Rushed and anxious are the two words I would describe the beginning of our trip to Dublin. With no time at all during the week I packed in between two classes and for once I was very precise in what I was going to wear. I believe that being abroad in London has made me a very decisive packer. Anyways back to Dublin. I believe the worst choice we made was to fly Ryanair. Motivated by Forever by Chris Brown. I don't judge...but I just don't get it: Art or Vandalism?

http://ingridinlondon.blogspot.com/2010/07/art-or-vandalism.html

I don't judge.but I just don't get it. An American in London. Monday, 12 July 2010. I believe it is, but there are two sides to every argument. I would say that art is a way of expressing yourself and graffiti is just that. People are not going to universally appreciate or like the same art however, who says they have to? There are different art forms out there for everyone to enjoy, why degrade what someone else enjoys just because you don’t like it? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Heres to the end.

Chronicles of Cambridge

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Goodbye and Hello; Hello and Goodbye. On our way out of Maids and a little BBQ in Darby's garden. Punting (here with Aline and Brady) and saying farewell to Pink Thunderbird. And so my year ended in England. It went by in such a flash it all feels like a dream now (especially when I look back at all the photos and all that has happened between the beginning and now). It is only appropriate that I now retire this blog as Ingrid is no longer in England. Since I am off to law sc...

Ingrid in France

Thursday, April 8, 2010. I’m sorry it’s been a long time since I updated – but I finally did something worth writing about! We got there around 8:00 pm Friday night. Our hostel turned out to be very nice. Our rooms were more like apartments than hotel rooms, so we were able to cook our own meals. We hung out and regrouped Friday night, ordering pizza like typical Americans. It was an interesting and fun experience. On Sunday, we woke up and went back into the city. We tried going into a cathedral, bu...

August to november 2009. I am leaving kesho. 9th Nov, 2009 at 11:18 AM. I'm sitting here in Art Caffe yet again, pretending to work but not really doing anything else than reading newspapers and checking in on facebook, twitter and mail. It's been a while since I wrote, but I'm not going to recap what has been happening. I just felt it appropriate to write here one last time before I leave, because at 2 am Wednesday morning (practically still Tuesday) I will be off to the airport! Now six weeks in Amster...

Ingrid in Moldova

Saturday, September 5, 2009. I have been in the US for 2 weeks now, and it has been a whirlwind of seeing friends, family, moving, and job hunting. I have barely had anytime to even check my email, but I now have time to put down some thoughts about my summer. Through those challenges I learned that God can do great things, even things don't go as planned! Sunday, August 23, 2009. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am home safe and sound! A final reflection of my summer coming soon! It is very bus...
