I am happy to announce that I have a new position for the 2015-2016 school year. * If you remember, I decided to switch from Catholic school (after 19 years) and work in a public school this past school year. Well.public school was not for me, too much cut-throat among the teachers and staff! Loved the students, loved teaching math and science all day.BUT.Teachers were not so nice! Thoughts from a Teacher, Mother, Wife, and Clean Eating Fanatic. A few years ago some friends were doing a sugar detox and starting a Paleo eating plan. I was intrigued, yet looking at it a little closer I felt it was too restrictive. Though I loved the idea of it, I didn’t think I could do it.
