Thursday, September 4, 2008. Our friends Dave and Trisha Welsh from Erie, Pa were visiting family in Florida and decided to come up for Monday. We were so excited to see them and hang out for a few hours. The water got rough after lunch, and I am pretty sure Trisha will not be riding in a boat with us for a while, but we had fun any way. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. For the second year in a row we have gone on our long journey to Washington D.C., then on to Erie, PA, and finally to Greeneville, TN before heading home to Georgia. We are having the greatest time. We arrived in Erie Monday night. When we woke up this morning everything was covered in snow. It is so beautiful. . Looks like fun. Can't wait to see you! Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Pumpkin Carving With The Kings. Last night we decided to carve some pumpkins we had picked from my mom's garden. Jason and Ashley King, some very good friends of ours, decided to bring their pumpkin and join in the fun. It was great! Our finished Pumpkins- don't they look awesome! 160;What a mess! Linden during all the fun. The King's sweet little girl, Marley Love. She really liked watching us. Lawson had so much fun! Lawson kept putting the guts back in the pumpkins.

Last weekend, Doug, Denton, and I made the trip to Missouri for my grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary. This was also the first time they had seen Denton.
