Just another WordPress.com site. June 30, 2011. Looking back on this blog, I am really glad that I kept it. I hope it has been half as much fun to read as it has been to write. We went out that night to a weird local club that included men on stilts in masks and women creating sparks with chainsaws, which added to the ambiance. Just another WordPress.com site. June 9, 2011. The next day was rainy but we explored the city anyway. The atmosphere in Nice is really cool, with fountains and statues and shops and restaurants everywhere overlooking the sea. Lots of homeless people though… Ya. It felt like that all over the place, but in a good way. So now were off to marseille for our final French excursion. As they say here in Nice, Or iv wah…. June 5, 2011. June 3, 2011. The weather was great for our time in Yellowstone, and we were there on the last weekend of operation for most of the facilities. The crowds were down and traffic was light. Cheers to off-season traveling! More photos were snapped. The next day we finally turned east and made it all the way back to Ohio in 2 days, stopping to say hi to my cousin Derrick in Chicago.
