This is the first year I think Grant understood some of what Christmas is all about and, of course, throw in a 2nd child and you double the fun. Tuesday, June 21, 2011. Happiest Place on Earth. We had such a fantastic time at Disneyland this past month. My kids are at the perfect ages. Alex still interested enough in the characters to humor us. Izzy old enough to hang for the long days. And Max just being Max. Gotta love that kid for his easy temperament. Alex's favorite ride was the Tower of Terror and California Screamin'. WOW - California Screamin' is an awesome ride! Izzy loved the characters so much! What a great age! July 19, 2011 at 9:38 PM.

Tuesday, May 10, 2011. Hunter loved this deep with a dinosaur bone on it with the wheels made out of all metal scraps. This was a big bull that was made out of Metal. Hunter loved it. Los Shephitos: A family journal. Monday, March 12, 2012. Day trip to Kemah! I love this time of year! When the weather's good.it's beautiful and nice to hang outside. Not too hot.not too cold.and not too many mosquitos yet! It makes me want to eat some food from the grill and watch the kiddos play outside. Well, last weekend the weather was so great we decided to take an unplanned trip to Kemah. I love Kemah! We wish we there! I loved to see Kemah in cool weather. March 12, 2012 at 5:59 PM.

Sunday, March 18, 2012. Hunter's cousin Landon. He did a great job baptising him. Hunter was so excited to get baptized. He was counting down the days and hours till he got baptized! It was too funny. We were very honered to have Hunter's cousin, my nephew Landon come all the from Texas to baptize Hunter. They both were really excited. Landon did a great job. It turned out great. Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Bryton finally walked in the sand! We have been trying all summer to get him to touch the sand and play in the water. He just didn't like the way it felt on his feet and his hands so he would sit in a chair the whole time. We went to Bear Lake with my sister and her family and Bryton finally played a little but he touched the sand and walked in the water. Wahoo! This would have been cute if Bryton had his eyes open :). My great neice Chloe. Let's have a snack! He finally did it!

I used to watch them since they were 2 until a couple of years ago when we moved. I am so glad that I keep in touch and that their mom Ashley and I are friends. Hunter emailed me this picture of him.
