Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Choice what size Salmon fillet you would like to use (6 oz, 8 oz). 1/4 cup honey (wildflower honey is nice for this). 3 tbl spoon of dried lavender ( set a side a bit of lavender to garnish after cooking). Couple of pinches of grated ginger. Whisk all ingredients into a bowl , lightly.
