On 23rd March 2004, the second meeting of the CELEBRATE User Group (CUG) included major educational publishers, content developers, VLE vendors and senior representatives from Ministries of Education. The meeting highlighted how CELEBRATE:. Has provided schools with access to a large online repository of standards compliant Learning Objects. Has developed a technical architecture and Brokerage System that allows users to locate and access Learning Objects from a variety of suppliers.
