Saturday, March 1, 2014. Back in The USA - Nov 5th, 2013 – Feb 28th, 2014. When we arrived at my parents’ home we were met with a grisly sight. My mother’s pride and joy was her yard and her flower gardens. To December 31, 2013, Frank and I literally spent nearly every day from sunup to sundown working on Mom and Dad’s house while roofing repairs, plumbing, painting, carpeting and sheetrock work was happening all around us. We did manage a visit to Dallas for my Mom and Dad’s anniversary. Here, in Gocek.

Friday, June 29, 2012. June 29, 2012 - Leaving Coral Bay to Popham Bay. Water was flat calm. We motored at low RPM's and at around 9:30, tossed out the fishing line. Sunday, April 26, 2015. I think we are moving through spring and it is getting warmer. Flowers are blooming despite a little snow and frost at times. Judi, Sandy and I went to Scrappy Chic in Livonia for a Graphic 45 card class and then stayed overnight just for fun. Cards we made- just beautiful. On way to hotel, this was the sky. Few fun cat pictures. Cats love watching the birds outside. Judi and I went back to Scrappy Chic in Livonia for their new Art Journal Club meeting. Played with ink sprays.

Field garden #1 mostly planted, seedlings poking up and transplants settling in. Field garden #2 (I know, not very original) has its rows of potatoes planted and shoots now visible, and this morning I added some corn and more squash ahead of an expected heavy rainfall. Chicks, all 77 birds, are growing and two weeks from slaughter date; hens laying well. Please don't sting me.
