45 DAYS IN DALIAN: 10 May
http://angliawidjaja.blogspot.com/2009_05_10_archive.html
45 DAYS IN DALIAN. It was supposed to rain today but it didn’t, so Anglia and 5 others decided to exploit the nice weather by going out (read: to Xinghai Park). First stop was Yoshinoya for lunch. I must say, the beef bowl here tastes better than Singapore’s. I contemplated getting a second bowl but decided against it. After 6 stations worth of standing, we finally arrived at Xinghai Park. http://angliawidjaja.blogspot.com/2009_04_26_archive.html
45 DAYS IN DALIAN. First was mild shopping for 2 hours after which we decided it was time for lunch. I exploited the chance of eating outside of campus by ordering something non-Chinese again. I had teriyaki chicken rice which tasted fantastically not salty. The evening view of the city; sadly the Friendship Square wasn’t lighted up yet. I salute the local students who live in the dorm. Next was lunch and to everybody’s. Surprise, it was held in the same restaurant as last week. Thankfully there were...

Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Day 50 – Sunday - Beijing Day 2. Day 50 – Sunday. We took quite a fair bit of photos as every step we walked ourselves up the top, the scenes from all angles was just way too beautiful that we snapped our way up. Lighten up my mood a little by having that cool winding wind (the one I experienced in Dalian) and also that massive scene of the whole lot just was lovely. The Great Wall Of China. 13 tombs of the emperors of the Qing dynasty. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
