Bigg Fresh Farm: Make Hay
http://biggfreshfarm.blogspot.com/2010/09/make-hay.html
Friday, September 24, 2010. Wise words "Make hay while the sun shines" as a good friend of our says, It is the same idea as "store vegetables while they are in season", even though you may be eating your fill on cauliflower and broccoli now, you will miss them in the warm summer months when they are harder to grow. Brocolli and Cauliflower are in full flight right now so if you would like extra for storing/blanching or souping just ask and a good deal will be given. Enjoy, be creative and live well.
