Saturday, August 16, 2008. In Loving Memory: Yoshiko Saito. Kyoko's mother, Yoshiko Saito, passed away on August 16, 2008, in Tokyo, Japan. She is survived by her four living children, Kazuhiko Saito, Hidetoshi Saito, Harue Shirabayashi and Kyoko Wilson; twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her loving family members. August 18, 1918 - August 16, 2008. Kevin, Trina and the Hamlet gang in Washington.

Sunday, October 19, 2008. I can’t believe that we are fully engrossed in yet another school year! Where does the time go? We are all doing well. Kate and Hanah are playing soccer so we spend a lot of time being soccer parents. It is the first season for Hanah and she seems to love it. It’s funny to watch the kindergartners play as they pretty much run after the ball in a huge group! We had a pretty mellow summer. I was asked to attend girls camp in August and had a wonderful time!
