Here is a reason never to buy pancake mix again! 3 1/2 - cups old-fashioned or rolled oats. 5 - cups all purpose flour. 3 - Tablespoons sugar. 3 - Tablespoons baking powder. 1 - Tablespoon salt. 1 - Tablespoon baking soda. 1 - cup oil. It's been so cold here in West Texas this week and it usually is only really cold for a day, maybe two, so I don't have many winter accessories, so today I decided to make a new wool scarf! Overlooked by Wildhorse Mountain, it is strategically located between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend State Ranch Park.
