Friday, August 15, 2014. Here's a pic of the mini as described in the manual:. And here's my current progress:. Nothing complicated. The red turned out far better than I'd expected. It's Army Painter's Pure Red on top of a Krylon Flat Black base, drybrushed with Trollslayer Orange, then drybrushed (very gently) one more time with Iyanden Darksun. Gotta admit, I'm really tempted to slap on some leftover decals from the GW kits. Speaking of which, I also picked up this gem in Taiwan:. 清, just 清. 清, just 清.

Friday, March 28, 2014. Batrep: Blood Angels Knight vs Khornate Chaos Marines, 1750 pts*. This is my 2nd outing with the Knight, and since its been bloody ages since Ive scribbled down a batrep, I figured its high time I did. My opponent for this scrap was David, who was rather bravely fielding a very fluffy Chaos Marine list: (almost) pure Khorne! Anyway, a quick look at the lists. Librarian with plasma pistol and force axe (Powers: Prescience and Scriers Gaze). Baal Predator with heavy bolter sponsons.

Got my magic fix after work today and I present to you my assembled Guards Armoured Squadron. 2 HQ Shermans with an ARV, 2 Shermans and a Sherman Firefly. Huzzah! Can you spot the HQ tank! So fast, so easy and now I'm bored again cause they took less than an hour to get assembled. Mind you that's from box to what you see below. Till the next update. Keep on hobbying and roll some dice!
