In Ethiopia Easter is celebrated a month later than the rest of the world. Ethiopia follows the Orthodox Church Calendar, so that is why Christmas and Easter are celebrated at different times. We celebrated Easter on May 5. The last week of Lent I started dreaming about eating cheese and meat. I think my body and my mind were ready to finish being a vegan.
