Nothing to see here. Lower your expectations. I'm making it up as I go along. March 24, 2013. So yesterday, I got some new shoes (always an effective motivational tool). Today, I dug out my gear. Dusted off my trusty training plan, and powered up the Running Room app on my phone. Leashed up the dogs (best training partners ever). Pressed play on my favourite running mix. And off we went. It wasn’t pretty. But it felt really, really good. So good that I can’t wait to go again tomorrow. March 10, 2012.
