About life, food, cats. Puggy has reappeared but. Friday, June 26, 2009 Posted by YY on 12:36 AM. We were told by the feeder auntie that a kitten of the same color as Crookie recently appeared(about 10th June 09) near Crookie's area. For the next few days, we combed the area but we couldn't see/hear any kitten noises. One evening, we finally hear a kitten mewing in the drain and out it came.could this be puggy who went missing at 3 weeks old? This is LLM sniffing Puggy. Sad look in Puggy's eyes. Puggy wa...

About life, food, cats. 2nd attempt on pineapple tarts/balls. Monday, January 26, 2009 Posted by YY on 9:45 PM. As we had like 2-3 egg yolks leftover from macarons challenge, we just had to re-attempt pineapple tarts before the festive season is over. Wonders what we should do with future leftover egg yolks*. K's mum bought 3 pineapples for $2 only! And this time K made the dough and pineapple jam on his own during the previous night. 2 pineapples makes 34balls.that's little. - -'. 1 Syrup and Tang.

14 Days in Tokyo under S$3000. Hakone 大涌谷 - Owakudani Sky Restaurant. Monday, December 14, 2009 Posted by YY on 8:14 AM. This was one of the main highlights in the Hakone day trip, Japanese Curry for lunch at Owakudani. K's friend, Mike told us that this is the best curry he has ever tasted and we MUST visit it when we get to Hakone. As the cable car landed in Owakudani, we scrambled out of the cabin and started our search for lunch. It was really cooling at 1044m above sea level =). I am beyond words wh...

Osolomio Craft - Simple, quick crafts. What to do when you need to camwhore with a LX3? On Saturday, January 9, 2010. Modding "whatever" has always been one of my favourite past times. Since my main purpose for getting a new compact camera is my upcoming Japan trip.what shall we do when we needa take pictures of ourselves having fun together? Else it will be like, "I went to Japan alone" single person photos again. My mod is to allow 2 person travellers to camwhore with more control. The other 2 tripod l...

About cooking and other interests. Wednesday, April 1, 2009. Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bun). Ate this once in the Brazilian restaurant at Bukit Timah and fell in love with it instantly! So I decided to try my hand on making them myself. The method to make this is similar to making choux pastry but the end result is totally different. Cheese (I used grated parmesan cheese). 2 Put the dough in a mixer and add in the egg. Mix well with a dough hook. The texture of the interior:. Note: The texture of t...

http://koosekraft.blogspot.com/2009/01/first-product-using-my-spar-mixture.html

About cooking and other interests. Monday, January 12, 2009. First product using my SPAR mixer. Having some left-over eggs in the fridge, I decided that it was a good time to make my first loaf of bread using the SPAR mixer. I chose to make challah again to compare the difference between hand-kneaded and machine-kneaded. Made a 6-plaited one again as it's my fav. Challah after baking. Nice and golden brown. How the crumb looks like. Final verdict: SPAR wins. Me lose. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
