Overrides the path to CEDC. The path provided in the command line will be used instead of the path in the config file. Usage: CEDCPATH{space}{address of service}. Ends command line processing. Parser Error Message: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS…. January 27, 2015. Every once in a while while updating Cairs on DOD networks you will get an error trying to run CEDC on the server. This can be resolved by disabling FIPS in the Local Security Policy of the application/web server. Once you can connect to CEDC on the server you should be able to verify that a Cairs client can also connect through CEDC. After these are verified you re-enable FIPS on the server. Parser Err...
