http://glisteningwater.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
What a Wonderful Life! Random ramblings from a really rhetorical teacher. Friday, September 29, 2006. Well, this past week, a few classes were doing fundraising for the Terry Fox Foundation. It was organized a bit at the last minute, so I couldn't do anything with my class, but then this afternoon the whole school went for a 4 km. walk around town to finish the week. OH , teenagers sometimes! See the pic on the right! Wondering what the heck a raclette is? Check it out below. Thursday, September 28, 2006.

What a Wonderful Life! Random ramblings from a really rhetorical teacher. Monday, January 29, 2007. She was my student. R.I.P. Selina. What can I say. Posted by Gillian at 6:02:00 PM. Friday, January 19, 2007. It feels like my last blog was two weeks ago, not merely a few days! Especially when not many showed up! Maybe it is old age setting in, or the realization that I have been out of high school now for 10 years this June or I don't know what! Enough for tonight, maybe it's just being tired! I did how...

What's Your Celtic Horoscope? Posted by Gillian at 11:57:00 PM. Sunday, July 30, 2006. Post about my Home in the North. However, one benefit of writing this on my laptop is that I have some pictures from the North so you will be able to witness a few realities of the life I love so much! What a Wonderful Life! Random ramblings from a really rhetorical teacher. Monday, February 26, 2007. Sorry about the tease, Nannan! Okay, that was pretty mean that I didn't check to see if the "celebrity matches" pictures would work before teasing you (Nannan and Frank) with the thought of who you had. I don't know why it didn't work. Oh well? First person from the Warner side of my family, that is out of all of the cousins, to get married! Well, not much else I can think of sharing. Just to let you ...

What a Wonderful Life! Random ramblings from a really rhetorical teacher. Saturday, March 31, 2007. Fun way to spend a Saturday. So, this afternoon I did go outside even though the sun was awfully deceiving and the bitter Arctic wind was howling at us from the North. Mark and Nancy wanted to get out for some fresh air too, so I tagged along as they ran the dogs. Scary to be on a sled without breaks, but Mark does it like a pro! Getting fish from Nancy. Look at those dogs pull! Tuesday, March 27, 2007.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Day 251- Nov. 30- Emma and babykins (Anthony). I am putting this picture a little bit out of order, but while I was waiting in the airport for my plane to go home to Kangiqsualujjuaq after my weekend fiesta in Kuujjuaq, I ran into Emma. I haven't seen her in a while, she used to be in my class a couple years ago with her sister, Ella. Emma was traveling home from having her baby. She was still glowing. Posted by G "Double Ya". Saturday, July 31, 2010. Day 133- July 31- James Colbeck. On our visit at the camp, Jim told us many wonderful stories of time gone by. I think he is a fabulous story teller, since he is able to speak the same way that he sees the world, with brightness, life, and in rich descriptions that make you feel like you were there. He's quite a character. Enjoy the pictures! Theme Song for today: Oh Oh Song by Led Zepplin. Posted by G "Double Ya". Friday, July 30, 2010. Day 132- July 30- Robbie Lemon. I had to p...

What a Wonderful Life! Random ramblings from a really rhetorical teacher. Thursday, August 31, 2006. Water, Water, Everywhere? So, as we approach the long weekend I am starting to think about the water problem that we have had last weekend. See many of you might not realize, there are no underground pipes in town, so water is delivered daily by truck. Likewise "waste water" gets pumped and taken daily by truck. Oh what to do, what to do? Posted by Gillian at 9:12:00 PM. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. PS I a...
