So, I weighed in this morning at 215. UGH. I did well with my food choices today until dinner…. But overall much better than before. March 24, 2011. So, I must admit I showed GREAT dicipline today when I turned down some mini Red Velvet Cakes from Starbucks! For dinner I used whole wheat rotini pasta as opposed to regular pasta too! The two honey butter yeast rolls I had were not the best choice! IMH (in my head) it was the cake I turned down earlier.

I’ve said all this to say… I have placed some 100 calorie bags of craisins or pop tary crisps in my night stand to keep from going downstairs and eating a piece of chicken or a honey bun @ 4 am.
