Fitness Results – Week ending 2/17/08. February 18, 2008 at 12:48 pm. I had another good week. This is my 3rd straight week of hitting over seven hours of exercise. A week. My cycling is starting to pick up, both in spin classes and outside. I roughly cycled 60%, walked 20%, and strength trained 20%. It was a good mix. Here is my workout logbook.
