Travel with the Family. Washington, DC, Day 8. August 2, 2014. We grabbed hot dogs from a street vendor than headed into the National Museum of American History. We traveled through time via transportation, African American struggles, and war. The hand-written accounts posted by actual individuals that attended the March on Washington then were able to visit the museum were overwhelming.
