Yet Another Traveller Blog: April 2016

Friday, April 29, 2016. Fighter Hanger Geomorph and Illustrations. I've been working on the model/illustrations for one of the fighter hangar geomorphs. Lots of detail in this one since in addition to the fighters it includes a repair bay/machine shop, work bench for electronics or smaller repairs, and a flight control room on the second level. I hope to be including more illustrations of this space in the future. Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Building a Better Ship's Engineer. D is for Dropship.

http://travellerrpgblog.blogspot.com/2016/10/x-is-for-x-boat-station_2.html
Sunday, October 2, 2016. X is for X-Boat Station. Excitement was plentiful during my two years' service as a Pony Express rider.". Description from the Traveller Wiki:. The lower half of the station contains a large fuel tank with capacity to run the station and refuel four xboats. A 50 ton modular cutter outfitted for fuel storage makes fuel runs to the local gas giant where available. The station shown is unarmed, but has two hardpoints for future turrets, should they be deemed necessary. For a higher ...

Yet Another Traveller Blog: Z is for Zhodani Courier
http://travellerrpgblog.blogspot.com/2016/10/z-is-for-zhodani-courier.html
Friday, October 7, 2016. Z is for Zhodani Courier. It was a weird coincidence that the night before I started the A-Z Blog Challenge I came across Jake Palmer's video. So here's last entry for the A-Z challenge - my take on the Zhodani Courier. For reference I looked at both the classic Traveller Alien Module 4 - Zhodani. And GURPs' deck plans from their Aliens Races 1 - Zhodani and Vargr. Hex grid with a proper square grid as nature intended. Labels: A-Z Blog Challenge. Craig A. Glesner. D is for Dropsh...

Yet Another Traveller Blog: August 2016
http://travellerrpgblog.blogspot.com/2016_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Deck Plans - Starship: 200 ton (ish) Yacht. So in all the years I've been playing Traveller and more likely, playing with. Traveller, I've never adventured in a yacht. I'm pretty much a scout and merchant guy and my old gaming friends leaned heavily toward mercenary adventures. I've had firefights on the Azhanti High Lightning, explored several suspiciously derelict lab ships, and even blew up an X-boat once. but no yachts. At least I redesigned the fuel tanks to provide additio...

Saturday, November 12, 2016. Say Hello To My Little Friend. My 15mm Traveller Miniatures Collection. I was surprised how few 15mm Traveller miniature images I found online, so I decided to photograph mine and post them. I kind of regret not taking the time to finish them. I've never photographed minis before and now I really regret painting most of my Zhos black and dark blue. 2003 Thugs and Ruffians. 2006 Imperial Troopers (TL 10-12). Thursday, January 19, 2017. The Year In Review. It's been just over one year since my initial blog post on January 17, 2016. I figured it is a good time for some introspection and maybe a peek into the near future. The Boring Blog Stats:. 32,849 - much higher that I would have anticipated. Possibly erroneous as I have noticed a steady 30 views per day since December, regardless of new posts. Audience - views by country:. United States 23,563. United Kingdom 1,527. 2 - Hey, ya gotta start somewhere! I've ...
