Friday, August 29. 8220;Old Prague was a story-book city caked in grime: ancient, soot-blackened. History lived in every detail.” Philip Sington. Back to the details of our trip! The next stop after London was Prague. The only thing I had ever heard about the Czech Republic before going there was that the food is bad. That is not true. We only had a couple of days in the Czech Republic, so we spent most of the time in Prague, with one side trip to the village of Mala Skala. Dude, you going to eat that?

Sunday, March 2. 8220;It was his opinion that a man had to wait until he was dead to know the meaning of God, unless he happened to have known the sea in his youth.” James A. Michener, Hawaii. As far as I can remember, when I was a BYUH student I never attended a single sporting event, but Ray and I decided to go to the basketball game. The nice thing about the game is I won a free T-shirt, and they gave free ice cream to the whole stadium because the Seasiders hit 100 points! There wasn't a lot of time ...

You receive good luck if you rub the nose of this creature! We made it to the Opera House! It’s way cool! I am going to write him and tell that i think it’s cool! The competition was back in 1959. Those artist types. Way too temperamental. Get over it already. Sydney Harbour Bridge. The weather was perfect for the entire time we were there. Bryce (Ra...

Friday, August 17, 2012. Peru – Day 4 - Abancay. Oatmeal in a cup! It’s hard to tell how huge that pitcher is, but trust me, we had enough oatmeal to keep us fed all week. In fact, the next morning there was still oatmeal sitting there for us. I think it is still sitting there. 7 passengers in a taxi meant to carry 4? We went to this awesome park/zoo up above the city. We were excited to go see the Condors. I stopped to take a picture with what looked like a baby one on the way. Look at that wingspan.

Friday, August 17, 2012. Peru – Day 5 – Abancay to Cusco. The next morning we learned why I was stung by a bee the and why there were bees all over the apartment. Lili’s uncle was a beekeeper and on the roof above us he kept about 10 hives. Each with about 25,000 bees. A lot of bees. Smoked Jerky. I mean Smoked Wilkey. It seemed like a good idea to put on these hoods to protect us from the bees, but l felt pretty nervous when I started feeling bees crawling up my legs. I love playin soccer! The guy stand...
