Journal of a Suburban Commando. Kyle R. Anderson. 19 months, huh? 19 months, huh? I don't think it's a coincidence that Hope is 21 months old and it's been around 19 months since I've taken time to do anything here. Seems that my LiveJournal activity is inversely proportional to the time I spend as Daddy. It's been a little over two months since I posted anything to the To Our Baby. Blog I was keeping for her, as well. Melanie surprised me with a night out to San Chez. Suburban Commando, signing off.

Journal of a Suburban Commando. Kyle R. Anderson. Heartwarming evening, frosty morning. Heartwarming evening, frosty morning. If the frost that blanketed our lawn this morning is an indication, we're moving from an unnaturally warm September and October to true autumn. I don't necessarily welcome the change, but am more willing to accept it than in most years. This is strange, considering that this past summer was the truest "break" that I've had since the summer of 1996. I just watched a documentary fil...

Journal of a Suburban Commando. Kyle R. Anderson. 19 months, huh? Yesterday's Meetup; REBELS breakfast. The Expedition has Begun. How much fun can one milk out of a week of summer? Let's ask Mr. Owl. 19 months, huh? Blog I was keeping for her, as well. Melanie surprised me with a night out to San Chez. For the afternoon, I'm hoping to get the house ship-shape and have Hope's help on finishing up a few more Christmas gifts for the family in Esky. Time to put the chicken nuggets in the oven and start t...

Journal of a Suburban Commando. Kyle R. Anderson. Thanks, baby girl. Maxin' and relaxin' (and a little work, too). Blowing the Dust Off This Place. Our baby girl is here! You can follow all of her adventures at the Totsite we created for her. All the details about her delivery are there, too. I'm having trouble transferring videos from our camcorder, but there are plenty of pictures to enjoy in the meantime. The quiet hiss of Hope's baby monitor. Thanks, baby girl. Journal of a Suburban Commando. Kyle R. Anderson. With almost a month since my last post and sporadic updates in the months prior, it's become pretty clear that if I have a chance to be online for any length of time, I'm not checking in here. That'll probably hold true for as long as I am writing to our baby girl at the To Our Baby. Hey, at least I bothered to update my Journal theme. That's somethin', right?
