Friday, June 28, 2013. We just brought our new tub home from Menards. It was last year's model, so we thought we were pretty smart to score such a sweet deal. Until we removed it from its packaging. I nearly had a heart attack right in the middle of our driveway. Thankfully, I was quickly informed that the blue is just the protective liner and the actual tub is white. What a relief! Without wanting to venture to far into the mountains we opted to take in a hike about a half hour down the road. Maxwell Falls was an enjoyable four mile loop and was Emilia's first real outdoor outing. This rock was much disputed. What does it look like to you? Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Yes, there are places more north than Duluth. We recently got a spontaneous invite to join Adriane, Steven and Zoella at a cabin on a lake in Ely. Spontaneous is usually the easiest way for us to roll. So we said, YES! After a beautiful drive through the wetlands of northern MN, we arrived in time for dinner.
