The Culinary Adventures of Emily and Linda. May 4, 2010. Make This For Dinner. 1 Peel and clean the shrimp. Nobody likes eating a digestive track. The easiest way to clean a shrimp is to cut a shallow slit along the back of the shrimp and then pull the little vein up with the tip of your knife. It should come out pretty easily. I used about a pound, which made 4 servings, because we like leftovers. Shrimp, Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes with Creamy Polenta and Lemon Herb Sauce. Posted in Pairing is Caring.
