Laura Krasinski Quilts: The Lion Sleeps Tonight
http://laurakrasinskiquilts.blogspot.com/2012/04/lion-sleeps-tonight.html
Friday, April 27, 2012. The Lion Sleeps Tonight. This is a quilt I made for a challenge for Milwaukee Art Quilters called "Name That Tune". The quilt was made from a photo I took at the Milwaukee County Zoo of the Lion Sleeping. The quilt had to have some music notes in it so I dyed some black and white fabric to a brown to use for on his face. Wow, you made great quilts! May 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Laura Krasinski Quilts: Another finished Quilt
http://laurakrasinskiquilts.blogspot.com/2011/04/another-finished-quilt.html
Thursday, April 14, 2011. Boy have I been on a roll. I made this for my mom. I'll probably give it to her for Mother's Day. I finished adding the buttons, and embellishments to this little quilt. It is 15"x18". The photo is her and her parents with their car. When I first started quilting I took a class from Lesley Riley. I love her quilts. Finally I had a chance to use her techniques in a quilt. Happy Mother's Day mom! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Bigfork Bay Cotton Co. workshop. April 17, 2013.
