Sorry Alece and Shan that it took me so long to put it up! 1/2 head of cabbage. 1/2 head of lettuce. 3 green onions, chopped. 2 to 3 c. shredded chicken. 2 tbsp. sugar. 1/3 c olive oil. 1/4 c rice vinegar. 1/4 tsp. pepper. 1 pkg chicken flavor Top Ramen noodles. 1/3 c sliced almonds. 3 tbsp. sesame seeds. Saturday, February 7, 2009. Today was the first day in a long time that I did not have to get up and do something on Saturday morning. No scout camps, merit badge pow-wows, or anything. I love doing those things, but it was nice to be home for a change. It was such a nice day, it almost gave me spring fever (I'm still realistic though- I'm sure there are still a few snow storms out there). After doing my first "long run" to train for the SLC half marathon, I spent the rest of the day taking pictures.

Monday, March 9, 2009. Happy Birthday, Adam! Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband! We had a very nice day yesterday celebrating Adam's birthday in a VERY mellow way. We started out the day with church in the morning, then maybe. And promptly threw up with food poisoning for the next few days. Needless to say, I decided then and there that I would NEVER make meatloaf again and have kept that promise. So Adam ate himself silly on Allison's very yummy, very correctly cooked meatloaf. I love you, Adam!

Tuesday, August 5, 2008. So I know I am a little behind; I still haven't blogged about Max's birthday or the Barfuss reunion, but this is one that couldn't wait! My baby went to school today! Max came running into our room this morning and exclaimed, "I'm going to school today! This was at 7 am, mind you, and he is in afternoon kindergarten that doesn't start until 12:30. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. So I am sitting here at 2:30 in the afternoon. Max is at school. Zoe is at school. Cannon is asleep. The dryer is going. The TV is on. I believe the only word for this is bliss. One month to enjoy this quiet time until baby boy Tidwell gets here and shakes everything up. I think I will sit here for a few more minutes. Ahhhhh. Bliss.
