Alberta’s Premier Race Team - Leading Out The Next Generation. The term Lead Out. Is a cycling term, it refers to a team tactic used at the end of the race where every member of the team will ride as hard as they can and expend themselves in-turn with the purpose of having their sprinter, the last in line, win the race. It epitomizes the selfless teamwork common to road racing and is the inspiration for this project. Team work and sacrifice for others. Goal setting and dedication.
