I started a new job and life has just been generally crazy. I’m back and it’s time for Turkey/Vegetarian Tacos. I made these for 6 people so there’s going to be quite a bit! 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 2lbs of ground 85% lean Turkey. 2 habanero peppers, chopped (more or less depending how spicy you like it). 1 tablespoon of cilantro. 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
