Sunday, July 11, 2010. Hey all:) so i thought id put one advertisement out here. Taught by moi, at raymore curves. Cost is $40 for four classes or $50 for eight classes. pass expires in thirty days. You can rent a yoga mat for $4 each month, or bring your own. Classes are wed and fridays 12:30. thinking bout adding classes tuedays and thursdays 6 a.m or 6:30 am.interested? An hour practice, poses to increase balance flexibility and strength, yummy incense, and thoughts to meditate and contemplate.

Monday, December 8, 2014. Old dog- new tricks! I found this on Pinterest and I'm in love! Long haired dog and winter baths are kind of a hassle. Especially since my pup is now 15 and she gets chilly easily. With this she looks great, smells even nicer and the house doesn't smell like couped up dog!
