Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Still doing great. I have started smoking again, I'm thinkin giving up food got me doing something else when bored or stressed. Red meat is still a no-no to my tummy. But everything else seems good. I'm able to do veggies, cooked and raw, fish, egg, cereals, breads, VODKA! No more beer or pop, the carbonation is TOO MUCH. Same with my Malted beverages, smirnoff twisted apple, ahhhh I could cry just thinking about it. lol. Soooooooo I'm 40lbs down now. You are doing great!

Sunday, March 22, 2009. Finally, finally have passed the hurdle. It was killing me I tell ya. I can't eat much, have more energy, feeling great, clothes are getting looser and looser but yet the damn scale wouldn't budge. Gahhhhh crazy I tell ya. Anyhoo, I am now almost 30lbs!
