Teifi Ringing Group
We are a group of bird ringers based on the North Pembrokeshire and South Ceredigion border at the Teifi Marshes near Cilgerran. Thursday, 13 August 2015. Sedge Warblers are moving .but Stormies? A juvenile Sedge Warbler ringed (at Mallard) on 31st July already controlled at Icklesham, East Sussex on the 7th August. Only eight Sedge and six Reed Warblers ringed this morning in the Mallard run nets, still low numbers for us, and perhaps surprising with numbers being caught in Cornwall. Sunday, 26 July 2015.

It is an ideal spot for anyone who enjoys the delights of the countryside, whether you just want to unwind and relax, observe the abundant wildlife, or embark on some of the more strenuous activities on offer such as mountain biking or pony trekking.

We would love you to stay a little longer and enjoy everything that St Dogmaels (and Pembrokeshire) has to offer! Our B&B rooms provide comfortable accommodation, with tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. We will be re-opening on 7th August 2015. The Teifi Netpool Inn is a family friendly pub set in an idyllic spot overlooking the Teifi estuary, serving a selection of Welsh Ales and Ciders alongside the more traditional options.
