Oct 3rd, 2012. This week I have been wrestling with printing. Like all things, printing can be very easy but sometimes it can be very hard. In this particular case, it has been hard because Citizen (who make my thermal till printer) do not support Linux particularly well. I have to be fair to them, there is a .deb file with the drivers in, but the drivers do not work particularly well (corrupting the output) and 64-bit is not supported at all, which is a bit weird these days. Jan 13th, 2010. I can't think of any good reasons to use Internet Explorer. It's not as fast as other browsers, everyone attacks it, it's not standards compliant (though I believe IE8 is dramatically better in this regard), it does not handle the latest web technologies, the new open video standards for example.
