Wreath form (foam, cardboard, card foam). Pattern paper (scrapbook paper). I started by creating two square templates out of card stock, one that was 4″ x 4″ and the other 5″ x 5″. You may want to make your pinwheels bigger or smaller, it just depends on how large you want your wreath. Then choose two complementing pattern papers and glue them back-to-back, this way there won’t be any white showing plus it gives a more layered look. My wreath has 6. 8211; 4″x 4″ squares and 3.
