Thursday, April 25, 2013. It's amazing how much progress Tani has made in the last couple of weeks. He recently was able to read his first chapter book without help at school - Magic Tree House Tonight on the Titanic. We went out to Earth, Bread and Brewery. Monday, May 24, 2010. A pretend birthday party. Thursday, May 6, 2010. Melissa again. It's Thursday morning, May 6. Tani slept the whole night in his bed (he often comes into our room at some point and crawls into his "nest" on the floor). He announced, "Mommy, I slept the whole night in my room! This is a very good thing- we have made real progress since a few months ago when he would find all sorts of ways to wake me in the middle of the night, from crawling into our bed or screaming from his room.

Monday, June 25, 2012. A Fish Called Tani. Our family has joined the Flourtown Swim Club. For the summer. They have a large pool that for 20 min an hour is for adult swim only, a mid-sized "camp pool", and a kiddie pool. We've gone a few times already and have run into many of our friends. Monday, January 23, 2012. I picked Tani up from school today at 3:45 pm to take him to his yoga class. His classmates were sitting on the steps waiting for their parents who would be arriving shortly for the 4 pm pick-up time. As we walked down the steps, Tani shouted "Bye everybody". Having spent more time in meditation during these four days than in the past six months I was curious how or if I would return home changed.
