Originally about my training for the Swiss Half Ironman in 2008. Now more about training in general and some about gaelic football. Monday 8 June 2009. Wicklow 200 - The aftermath. Well, it's a bit of an anti climax really. I was tired today, but not sore or anything like that. I had expected to feel some tightness in my back or my legs, but no, I was alright. It’ll be reet.
