Life As I See It. Mandy, Eric, Alexa, Jaxon. Little Alexa is not so little anymore! She is a non stop 5 1/2 year old girl and wow is she a handful! I can't even start to explain to people on how much this girl of mine is so much like her daddy! Her nick names are Angelica, the beast, and the ring leader! She fits those nicknames all too well! She is my little Lexa boo and I wouldn't change my devil for the world! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Becky and Andrew Isom.

The Messy Kitchen: July 2011
http://the-messy-kitchen.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 10, 2011. Trying my hand at bread making. I like to think I've done pretty well with my dessert baking, but I haven't dabbled into my bread making yet. So, I bought a book. A bread making book. And I've read, and I've thought, and I've baked my very first loaf of bread. What do you think? It was very yummy! And I can not wait to go at it again! These were made for a surprise bridal shower a friend of mine was throwing. The idea originally came from this blog. It's great, check it out!

Chow City: March 2010
http://chowcity.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 29, 2010. My cousin recently sent me the recipe for these cookies and I was immediately inspired to make them this year with my boys! Although the magnitude of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross extends exponentially beyond just baking these simple cookies, it still is a practical way to help teach our children about the Truth and focus behind Easter Sunday, Christ's death and resurrection! 1 cup whole pecans. Add egg whites to vinegar. Eggs represent life. Explain that Jesus gave His ...Sprin...

Confessions of a Bakeaholic: Blueberry Oat Bars
http://confessionsofabakeaholic.blogspot.com/2009/03/blueberry-oat-bars.html
Confessions of a Bakeaholic. Saturday, March 21. Last night I volunteered to provide baked goods at our schools' Amnesty Coffee House. The event features baked goods, jewelry, shirts, CD's, bags, live music and more! 160;and knew it would be a good option at a coffeehouse. I have to say, they were quiet a hit with people and I got some great compliments. Try these wonderful treats if you want to bring some variety to the normal ho-hum chocolate spread at your next event. 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
