Book Review: Eat the Sky, Drink the Moon ed by Kirsty Murray, Payal Dhar and Anita Roy. Eat the Sky, Drink the Moon. Ed by Kirsty Murray, Payal Dhar and Anita Roy. Publisher: Allen and Unwin. Purchased as an ebook. As you would expect when you look at the list of authors involved in this project, there’s some wonderful writing in here. The one that stands out most vividly is Margo Lanagan’s. I also thoroughly enjoyed. What a Stone Can’t Feel. By Penni Russon was a really lovely and quiet piece of writing...

Surfing the reformation on a wave of religion-less Christianity. Surfing the reformation on a wave of religion-less Christianity. What the heck is this? Christianity is religion-less. It is not synonymous with church; it is so much more than an institution or any one grouping of people organized around particular doctrines or style of worship. Whatever your spiritual practice is, and whomever you practice with, remember, you are not alone. Who the heck is this? Denim Spirituality for Any Day of the Week.

Subversive Reader Makes Stuff. Sewing, crochet and other crafty stuff. Where’s Spot (Kids Clothes Week: Oct 2014). The plan for this outfit started with the shorts. I wanted to include the lift-the-flap feature which the Spot books are so well known for.
