Raquo; about Strowis. Looking for a pleasant and affordable place tot stay over in Utrecht? There is a low budget hostel situated in a quiet road in the old city centre. 'Strowis' is located in a listed seventeenth century building which still contains some of its original details such as chimneybreasts and shutters, providing a warm atmosphere and a pleasant place to spend the night. We offer a choice of beds in a large dormitory with sixteen beds, or in smaller dorms with eight, six or four beds. For those looking for a little more peace and quiet, triple and double rooms are also available. On request we can provide a seperate room for female guests. On the ground-floor is Strowis' heart, the foyer, where guests can have breakfast, read or just chat. There is a small library which also contains travel information. There are free lockers with electrical sockets available.

Strowis is situated in Utrecht. The old medieval centre of the city of Utrecht is located within walking distance of Strowis. The inner city with the Dom Tower and the Cathedral has a pleasant atmosphere and is famous for its outdoor cafés along the old canals. There's a nice Strowis citywalk available for our guests. It's an hour and a half. And it'll take you past all the interesting sites of Utrecht city centre. In the Museum city district you can find a wide variety of museums and galleries.
