Friday, August 28, 2009. Forgiveness: it's a decision. You may not feel. Like you've forgiven someone. But the point is that if you decide you're going to forgive someone, you have to act like it. Hiding bitterness, pretending to forgive, is not forgiveness. Just like love- it's a decision- followed by action. Even if you don't feel like it. And think about this: in Ephesians we are told to forgive others just as in Christ God forgave you. And they've hurt you so much! Above all that we ask or even think.
