One of his suggestions revolves around collaborating between libraries to establish standards about which publications are overpriced and working together to boycott them. I think this makes a lot of sense but I wonder if cooperating in this way would be legally problematic at all. For this year, we decided to try something a little different and create an easily digestible "short form" version of it. The idea was to brag about a few different areas of our work: building collections, engaging in teaching and research, exploring unique source material, and sponsoring exhibits and events.
