Some cycling was done! Of a fashion, but not very fast. Sunday, 5 October 2008. I went out last Saturday, it was, for a change, a lovely warm day. If you click on the title it will bring up a map of where I went. The plan was to cycle from Llantrisant to Bryncethin (near Bridgend) and catch up with The Celtic Trail. From there, stay on the trail untill getting to Tonyrefail and then back to Llantrisant along the road. Downhill into Thomastown befor heading home to Llantrisant. Sunday, October 05, 2008.

I was asked at school whether I'd like to help on a mountain biking course for kids on a Thursday evening, and I jumped at the chance. They take the pupils around a few tracks around Barry Sidings in Porth. All the bikes are supplied as well as the organisational support - what a brilliant experience. They took us from the back of the Heritage Hotel in Porth. Well looking forward to the next one.
