DOODLES AND STITCHES BLOG. 2 very ripe bananas, mashed. 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour. Mix together above ingredients and pour into a greased muffin pan. In a separate bowl, mix together the following ingredients. 2 Tbsp brown sugar. Drop about 1/2 tsp onto the top of each unbaked muffin batter cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. 1 cup of frozen blueberries. 1 cup of baby spinach leaves. 1 cup of blueberry greek yogurt (I used Noosa brand). 1/2 cup of 1% milk. 4 cups rolled oats. 2 cups sliced almonds.
