Keeping the tradition of calligraphy alive is reflected in much of my work. In my calligraphy, I use traditional pens and materials that have been used for many centuries. Reed pen, or qalam in Arabic, has been used for over 1300 years in Farsi, Arabic and European calligraphy. Most of my writings are with Jali pen. Jali means large or wide nib. I mostly use nibs 7mm or larger. I could not post my large pieces at the moment because I simply have not had the chance to scan them.
