Sunday, August 30, 2009. I was so worried about falling behind while climbing up a steep hill, I actually over compensated and got ahead of everyone else. We stopped again about half a mile short of our destination to let the stragglers catch up. I was worthless. I went around checking others, but I finally had to sit down and recover for a moment. I learned a ton about the field and realized that the issues in my office are shared with many others. I felt like everyone at the conference (at least the ones who actually came to the meetings) really love what they are doing and are happy to share info with others.
