Friday, June 25, 2010. And who cares that it needs termite control/repairs? It is still better than anything else we had been looking at. So we decide that night to put an offer on the house. we fill out the paperwork and the offer is submitted the next day. we wait (for what seems like forever), and get a counteroffer from the bank. counteroffer is decent, so instead of trying to fight for a few thousand dollars, we accept. and voila!
