Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The County Emergency Operations Center, located in the Spartanburg County Courthouse, serves as the central clearinghouse for disaster-related information, and requests for deployment of assistance. A Certified Bomb Shelter, the EOC is a hardened facility as well as a modern facility, offering the appropriate equipment, security, and space to manage a modern emergency or disaster. Operating Condition (Op con) Level of Readiness. Operations Room is the nerve center.
