Save the Food - Our Mission
Is to rescue food, feed the hungry, and educate people about sustainability values. I've gathered over $110,000 worth of food and other stuff during the last 4 1/2 years. I've discovered that most grocery stores throw out $600-$1,200 worth of fresh food every day. They will not donate the food to the hungry because of "liability concerns" and tax issues, and because they say they are already donating all they can. Proudly powered by Weebly.
